1. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. Processing generally requires up to 3 business days, during which products are verified, packed, and transferred to our logistics partners.
Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Time & Cost
After dispatch, most shipments are delivered within approximately 10–20 business days, depending on destination and local carrier performance.
We offer a worldwide flat-rate shipping fee of USD $5.99 per order.
Shipping estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Unexpected Delays
Although we work closely with our logistics providers, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.
We appreciate your understanding and patience should such situations arise.
4. Tracking Information
As soon as your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.
This approach allows us to deliver products as efficiently as possible and may result in multiple packages arriving on different dates.
For each shipment, a separate tracking number and confirmation email will be provided.
6. Order Modifications
Requests to update shipping information or product selections should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase, preferably within 12 hours.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the local carrier may leave a notification and hold the package at a nearby pickup location or post office.

8. Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed, we recommend the following:

Check the most recent tracking update. If the tracking history has been updated within the last seven days, your package is generally still moving through the transportation network as expected.

If there has been no tracking movement for more than seven consecutive days, please reach out to our support team.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages Lost During Transit
When an investigation confirms that a shipment has been officially lost while in transit, HeaguLab will provide a replacement order at no additional cost.
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once carrier tracking indicates that a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with:

Claims involving loss or theft after confirmed delivery are not covered under our shipping policy.

Customs Duties & Import Charges
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or governmental charges imposed by their local authorities.
Such fees are not included in product pricing or shipping costs.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
HeaguLab cannot accept liability for orders lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address details.
Delivery Confirmation
Our responsibility for a shipment concludes once carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the designated address.
We are not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery confirmation has been recorded.
