Orders & Payment

How can I use a discount code?

To redeem a promotional code during checkout, please follow these instructions:

  1. Add your desired product(s) to the shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout by selecting "Pay with Debit/Credit Card."

  3. On mobile devices, tap "Show Order Summary" and enter your discount code.

  4. On desktop computers, locate the discount code field in the order summary section.

  5. Apply the code and complete your payment using PayPal or your preferred credit/debit card.


Which payment methods are available?

For secure and convenient transactions, we currently accept:

  • MasterCard

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • Diners Club

  • Most major debit and credit cards

What are the shipping charges?

Our standard worldwide shipping fee is generally USD $5.99. However, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, order details, or ongoing promotional campaigns. The exact shipping amount will always be displayed during checkout before payment is finalized.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. HeaguLab serves customers worldwide through a global fulfillment network. To reduce delivery times, orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse location closest to the shipping destination whenever inventory is available.


How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after processing and shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier performance.


How do I track my order?

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may monitor your shipment's progress through universal tracking platforms such as 17track.net.


Why hasn't my tracking information changed?

Tracking systems may require 24–48 hours after shipment confirmation before displaying updated information. It is also common for tracking activity to pause temporarily while packages are moving between sorting facilities or carrier hubs.


Why did I receive only part of my order?

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to accelerate delivery. If this occurs, each shipment will be assigned its own tracking number, which will be sent to you via email.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I update my shipping details?

If you need to modify your recipient name, address, or phone number, please contact us immediately at support@heagulab.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

Please include:

  • Order Number (example: 071SHOP-112938)

  • Order Email Address

  • Correct and complete shipping information

We will make every effort to update the details before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been shipped, modifications can no longer be guaranteed, and customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.


Can I change the product, size, color, or quantity in my order?

Yes, but requests must be submitted as quickly as possible. Please email support@heagulab.com using the subject line:

Urgent: Order Change

Your message should include:

  • Order Number (example: 071SHOP-112938)

  • Order Email Address

  • Details of the requested modification

Changes can only be processed before the order enters fulfillment. In many cases, this processing window is limited.


Is it possible to cancel my order?

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation. Please note that a small processing or handling fee may apply. Once a package has been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Product & Delivery Issues

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact support@heagulab.com and provide:

  • Order Number and Order Email

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item(s)

  • A photo of the shipping label attached to the package

Our support team will review the issue and provide assistance as quickly as possible.


What if my product has a defect or quality concern?

Customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please email support@heagulab.com with:

  • Order Number and Order Email

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Supporting photos or a short video showing the problem

Our team will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.


I received the wrong item or something is missing.

We apologize for the mistake. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please email support@heagulab.com and include:

  • Order Number and Order Email

  • A photo or video of the item received

  • A description of any missing product(s)

Once verified, we will take the necessary steps to correct the order.


Account & Email Support

I didn't receive my order confirmation email.

Before contacting us, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, reach out to support@heagulab.com and provide the email address used during checkout. We will verify your order and resend the confirmation if necessary.


I haven't received a tracking number yet.

Tracking information is usually issued within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. If this timeframe has passed, we recommend checking your spam folder first. If the tracking email is still missing, please contact our support team for assistance.
